Coldwell Banker Sexton Real Estate began in 1914 when the late Warren H. Sexton started his own real estate company, Sexton Real Estate.
In 1964, Warren handed the business to his son-in-law and daughter, Michael H. Buckley and Elizabeth Sexton Buckley, who are both still active in the business.
In 1974, Michael passed the company to his son, Michael W. Buckley, who ran the business until 1997. Michael later handed things over to his sister, Warren's grand-daughter, Mary Sexton Combs.
Mary and her husband, Larry, carry on this tradition of a family-run business with nearly a century of local knowledge and success. With offices in New Hartford, Barneveld and Clinton, we serve the entire Mohawk Valley region.
