Mary is the Granddaughter of Warren H. Sexton who started the company back in 1914. Mary is now the owner and broker. Mary has been in the business for over 24 years. Locally born and raised, she has a great deal of knowledge, experience and pride in her local community. Mary has been a member of the Greater Utica Board of Realtors for 24 years and has served on numerous committees, including the Board of Directors. Mary is the #1 Realtor in the Clinton Area, individually listing and selling more real estate than any other area realtor, and also the longest practicing individual broker. Elizabeth/Betty is the Daughter of Warren H. Sexton. Betty has been involved with the business for over 40 years. When she was actively selling, Betty was awarded the Salesman of the Year award. Betty now devotes her knowledge and experience to the implementation of placing your property at the most advantageous lines of advertising and promotion.

Larry is the Husband of Broker/Owner Mary. A native of Dayton, Ohio. Larry has lived in Clinton for the past 22 years with his wife Mary and their 4 children.
