Established in 1914 by the Late Warren H. Sexton. We are the area's oldest independent Real Estate Company.

In 1964 Warren handed down the business to his son-in-law and daughter, Michael H. Buckley and Elizabeth Sexton Buckley, they are both still active in the business with a combined total of over 86 years of Real Estate experience.

Michael H passed the business down to his son, Michael W Buckley in 1974, who ran the business until 1997. Michael then passed it down to his sister, Warren's grand-daughter, Mary Sexton Combs.

Mary and her husband, Larry now run the business. Mary has over 24 years of Real Estate experience and has been a full time local broker for over 21 years. We have offices in New Hartford, Barneveld and Clinton. Sexton Real Estate serves the entire Mohawk Valley.

Broker/Owner, Mary Sexton Combs

Mary is the Granddaughter of Warren H. Sexton who started the company back in 1914. Mary is now the owner and broker. Mary has been in the business for over 24 years. Locally born and raised, she has a great deal of knowledge, experience and pride in her local community. Mary has been a member of the Greater Utica Board of Realtors for 24 years and has served on numerous committees, including the Board of Directors. Mary is the #1 Realtor in the Clinton Area, individually listing and selling more real estate than any other area realtor, and also the longest practicing individual broker. No One knows Clinton better! Mary continuously achieves top sales awards. Elizabeth Sexton Buckley, Advertising Coordinator

Elizabeth/Betty is the Daughter of Warren H. Sexton. Betty has been involved with the business for over 40 years. When she was actively selling, Betty was awarded the Salesman of the Year award. Betty now devotes her knowledge and experience to the implementation of placing your property at the most advantageous lines of advertising and promotion.

Paul Buckley, Salesperson

Larry Combs, Salesperson

Larry is the Husband of Broker/Owner Mary. A native of Dayton, Ohio. Larry has lived in Clinton for the past 22 years with his wife Mary and their 4 children. Larry enjoys helping people with their Real Estate needs, as well as providing the technical support needed at the office.
